AoA is a Nottingham based company founded in 1992 by British artist Alan Parkinson. It has its registered offices at the address below.
The Website is owned and edited by AoA and these Terms of Use govern your use of the AoA website. In these Terms of Use, we use the term AoA (and "we", "us" and "our") to refer to the head office of AoA at the registered address below.

AoA provides information on its Website about its “Luminaria” creations, upcoming events and other services for your personal use. Whilst AoA has put great effort into ensuring that the visual representations of Luminaria displayed on the Website are representative of the colour, design and style etc. of the original Luminaria creations, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings, or to remedial work done to the original designs.
You may download AoA content available on the Website (such as images, photographs, including any person represented in the photographs, illustrations, icons, texts, video clips, music, written and other materials) ("AoA Content") for your own non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that all proprietary notices are retained unchanged and are not deleted, in particular intellectual property notices such as copyright©, trademark™. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without reference to conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms of Use, shall be submitted to mediation in Nottingham, UK and the language of the mediation will be English. If no amicable solution is found two months following submission to mediation, the dispute will be submitted to the ordinary United Kingdom court in Nottingham. Where United Kingdom law differs to mandatory consumer law in your own country, we will agree to similar protection.
